TIJOLA is the movement designed for real people — whether you're a busy person or
a traveler in need of a quick morning energy boost, an active break, or looking to
relax with a short flow before sleep.
Whatever your life stage, experience, and aspirations, I can accompany you through
creating an online practice that's uniquely your own! It will include the knowledge of
Kinesiology (as the science of body movements) connected with the principles of
Pilates and Yoga inspiration.

Movement inspires me.
My journey started with Kickboxing (2009), continued with studying at the Faculty of Sport - University of Ljubljana, working as a personal trainer and Pilates teacher in Slovenia and Germany, including Studio Manager experience in Stuttgart - Germany, learning yoga in Rishikesh - India, finishing the master's degree study program in Applied Kinesiology at the Faculty of Health Sciences University of Primorska, working as a Kinesiologist in Public Health Center - Slovenia, at the University of Primorska - Slovenia, and in a Medical Health Resort - Austria (2023).
Movement is a story to me in which I love to mix the scientific view with traditional yoga, a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph H. Pilates, and my new passion with a fascia-focused practice as Slings Myofascial Training and Myofascial Release UK.
I’d be delighted to support you with your story, whether you're starting your active journey, maintaining a regular practice, or assisting you through rehab. On days when you just want to find some calm in your busy life, we can relax and breathe together.
I would love to welcome you either online or in-person. I know it can be intimidating to begin a new class, but rest assured you’re in safe hands and will be warmly welcomed!
